Nightline Service

What is NightLine Service?
It is a membership scheme where the Card-holder has access from home to emergency health services provided by Jubilant Kalpataru Hospital, thus creating a safety net of emergency patient care services at the community level at night.

How long is the Nightline service available for ?
8 PM to 8 AM – 365 days a year.

How does one become a member?
One can become a member by enrolling oneself in the hospital at the helpdesk or just by calling 2584 3636/9836113636.Our representative will complete the formalities at the comfort of your home

What is the Membership?
The Annual membership fee is Rs. 180. Upto 7(seven) members of your family may be included, including the card-holder. All members must be living in the same address

How does this service work?
If you are a card-holder, during any medical emergency for you or any of your family members (listed at the time you became a member) at night

1. Call the Nightline number (+91-33-25843636/9836113636) provided in the card
2. Mention your unique no. mentioned on the card
3. Your call will be put through our doctor
4. Depending on the nature and severity of the problem, the doctor will advise you on the phone itself. There will be no charge applicable.
5. When considered necessary, the doctor will visit your residence along with the Night Line Ambulance. The patient will be provided treatment at home. In the event the status is detected to be critical, hospitalization will be advised.
6. You have the option to choose any hospital of your choice and get admitted.
7. If you choose Jubilant Kalpataru Hospital , we will arrange admission direct to the hospital using our own Ambulance. No charge is applicable for this Ambulance service.
8. If you choose Jubilant Kalpataru Hospital you will be offered 10% discount on investigations

   • ECG machine
   • Pulse Oxymeter
   • Nebuliser
   • Blood Sugar equipment
   • Pharmacy
   • Ambubag

What are the charges ?

• Home Visit : Rs. 200/-
• Oxygen : Free with the ambulance
• Dressing charge
  • Rs. 50/- small
  • Rs. 100/- medium
  • Rs. 200/- large
• Pulse Oxymeter : Rs. 100/-
• ECG : Rs. 125/-
• Blood Sugar : Rs. 75/-
• Nebuliser (excluding medicine): Rs. 50/- per usage
• Medicine : At MRP
• There is no separate Ambulance charge if the patient needs admission and chooses to get admitted to our hospital
• Ambulance charge (Applicable if the patient uses our ambulance for admission to hospital other than ours.For first 8 Km Rs. 200/- and every additional KM Rs. 8/-The kilometer will be calculated on garage in and garage out basis./LI>
